NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the City Council may be attending the Elk River High School
Homecoming Parade, at School Street on Friday, September 21, 2018, at 4:30 p.m.. A quorum of the
City Council may attend the Homecoming Parade; however, they will not convene any meeting, and
no action will be taken by the City Council during the parade.
