Attached documents include the compiled salary survey, sample salary survey of CDD's
salaries and ranges and a tentative time table listed below for the CDD search. For our
discussion on Monday, May 9th.
Time table is as follows:
~ Source candidates through May 30th
~ Interview and screen candidates through May 30th
~ Recommend short list for council review by June 6th
~ Interview final candidates by June 15th
~ Complete final reference checks for top candidates by June 21 st
~ Complete any testing or background checks by June 21 st
~ Make offer by June 28th
~ Hire date by July 15th or August 1 st
On Monday night we need to discuss the compiled qualifications survey for consensus on
areas of divergence and decide on a salary range that is competitive with the market.
