Background/Discussion
The applicant, Priscilla Ondracek, and her realtor Mel Beaudry are proposing to subdivide two existing
parcels to add six buildable lots. The existing lots access Twin Lakes Parkway, but the proposed parcels
would utilize Tyler St NW for access. The proposed lots are 65 feet wide, which is consistent with the
homes in Twin Lakes Estates – directly across the street from the subdivision.
Additionally, the city owns approximately 15 feet of property between the right-of-way for Tyler Street
and the property owned by the applicant. The city would need to sell/transfer the property to the
applicant prior to approval of the subdivision. The city property was acquired on tax forfeit. Staff will
provide additional information regarding the city owned property during the meeting.
