SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE
SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL
I, Henry A. Duitsman, Mayor, hereby request a special meeting of the Elk
River City Council on Monday, October 28, 1996, at 5:00 p.m. to be held at
the Elk River City Hall - 13065 Orono Parkway.
The purpose of the special meeting is to discuss issues pertaining to the
Minnesota Sports Federation proposal from 5 - 6 p.m. immediately preceding
the regularly scheduled City Council meeting.
In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this
notice at least three days prior to the meeting date. I further request the city
clerk to notify each member of the City Council of this special meeting, in
writing, at least one day before the meeting.
