Action Requested
Continue, by motion, the request for a Zone Change and Conditional Use Permit to the November 27,
2018, Planning Commission meeting.
Background/Discussion
The applicant has submitted a request to extend the review period for these applications to February 20,
2019. The applicant plans to submit new/updated plans later this month for review and comment by staff
prior to the November 27, 2018, Planning Commission meeting.
Statutory Review Period
The applicant extended the review period, by written request, to February 20, 2019.
Council Meeting
This item will return to the Planning Commission on November 27, 2018, and the Council is expected to
take action on December 17, 2018.

To whom it may concern,
This letter is to request and consent to extension of the time
periods provided under Minnesota Statutes, section 15.99 and
section 462.358 for approval or denial of the four applications
listed above to February 20, 2019.
It is our intent to amend the applications to provide added
information per the site plan more in keeping of the
requirements allowed is this region and use.
