VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
June 29, 1964
Council met on June 29, 1964 at the village hall for the purpose of opening bids for the sanitary
sewer, storm sewer, street and curb and gutter. Present Mayor Johnson, Meyer, Norris, and Briggs.
Richard Halter and Otis Nickerson also present. See attached tabulation of bids.
