VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
May 28, 1965
Special Meeting. All members present. Lester Derr explained about a Federal Crash program in
which the village can get about ten men to make repairs and do extra work for sixty days. Men and a
fireman will be furnished without cost to the village. The council agreed to take part in this project.
