VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
August 30, 1965
Hearing on proposed black top on Fifth St as per notice in paper, including the stub street adjacent
thereto, beginning at the east line of Irving Ave extending east 250 feet then south 170 feet and east
180 feet.
Members present: Mayor Johnson, Councilmen Bartelt, Hudson and Clerk Brigs. Norris was absent.
Richard Halter was the only one who appeared.
A motion was made by Bartelt and seconded by Briggs to order the paving done. Motion carried all
voting in favor.
Eugene Krueser and Don Pepper presented a plat of the Elk River addition. Nothing was done
about it at this meeting.
Meeting adjourned.
