SUBJECT: Consider Remaining Westbound Construction Contracts
Mr. Steve Chuba of Greystone Construction will be at Monday's meeting to present the
results of the quote and bid process for the remaining four contracts for Westbound Liquor
that have not yet been awarded. As you may recall, these four contracts were not awarded
because they came in above the construction estimates. Mr. Chuba has been working with
the architects and Dave Potvin on value engineering to reduce the cost of these contracts.
He is confident that these will now be close to, if not under, the construction estimates.
