Municipal Utilities UTILITIES COMMISSION MEETING TO: FROM: ERMU Commission Michelle Canterbury — Executive Administrative Manager MEETING DATE: AGENDA ITEM NUMBER: November 13, 2018 2.4 SUBJECT: Organizational Fundamentals Policy ACTION REQUESTED: Approve the revised Organizational Fundamentals Policy BACKGROUND: At the May 9, 2017 Commission meeting, the Commission adopted the core governance policies which included the Organizational Fundamentals Policy. DISCUSSION: During the process of branding our mission, vision, values, fundamentals, and planning themes, staff made a minor change to one of the fundamentals. The proposed change is reflected in the attached draft.
