as the Commission has not made a recommendation regarding this item.

(CUP) to establish a PUD to the January 22, 2019, City Council
meeting as the Planning Commission has not made a
recommendation regarding this item.
Background/Discussion

The applicant submitted a request to extend the review period for these CR 33
applications to February 20, 2019. The applicant plans to submit
new/updated plans later this month for review and comment by staff.

Draft plans reviewed with the applicant show a mix of apartments and RA
ministorage on the Saxon property. The Planning Commission will review -

the complete project once complete plans (stormwater, engineering, Hwy 10

utilities,plat, floor plans, etc.) are submitted and reviewed by staff.

Based on conversations with the applicant,the Commission is expected to
review the plans during their December 18, 2018, regular meeting.With a Pv
recommendation from the Commission, the Council will review the tik

periods provided under Minnesota Statutes, section 15.99 and
section 462.358 for approval or denial of the four applications
listed above to February 20, 2019.
It is our intent to amend the applications to provide added
information per the site plan more in keeping of the
requirements allowed is this region and use.
