The purpose of this communication is to inform you that I will not seek another term. Therefore, I will not apply to allow another citizen the opportunity to share their talents and give back to our community. Serving on the Elk River Library Board has been humbling and very rewarding. I've learned so much about what it takes to add value when focusing on "brick, mortar and grounds". My appreciation for and dedication to the community grew exponentially during my years of service. I shall cherish the experience of working with fellow citizens and the tremendous staff of Great River Regional Library. May there be continued success in all community endeavors. Respectfully, Willie Jackson, Ed. D. CC Elk River Library Board Members Great River Regional Library Staff
