Action Requested
Continue, by motion, the request for a Zone Change and Conditional Use Permit to the December 18,
2018, Planning Commission meeting.
Background/Discussion
Staff has been working with the applicant on updating site plans for the River Walk apartment project
and complete plan updates are expected the week of November 26, 2018.
Statutory Review Period
The applicant extended the review period, by written request, to February 20, 2019.
Council Meeting
This item will return to the Planning Commission on December 27, 2018, and the Council is expected to
take action on January 22, 2019.
