Approve, by motion, the employment termination of RaeAnn Gardner effective December 3, 2018.
Background/Discussion
Communications Coordinator RaeAnn Gardner has been on a medical leave of absence and has
exhausted her FMLA and paid leave time.
The communications coordinator position is essential to the city and our communication endeavors have
been severely challenged with the absence. In light of this, we have made the difficult decision to request
the termination of Ms. Gardner’s employment so we can fill this position.
