Consider Request by Riverside
Development to grade Outlot A,
Hillside Crossing South
Overview
This issue was presented to the City Council at the April 29, 1996, City
Council meeting. Both staff and the developers provided the City Council
with information relating to the matter. Following discussion by the Council
it was suggested that the item be tabled until the May 6th meeting to allow
the Council to review the site and make a decision.
If the City Council approves this request, staff will proceed with issuing a
grading permit based on the developer's submitted grading plan to allow the
grading to take place.
