Action Requested
Approve,by motion, the 2019 City Council meeting calendar.
Background/Discussion
Per state law, a schedule of meetings of the City Council must be kept on file with the city clerk's office
and posted on the city's bulletin board.
Regular Council meetings are scheduled for the first and third Mondays of each month. Three meetings
have been rescheduled to Tuesdays due to holidays.
The Local Board of Appeal and Equalization meeting has been set for Monday,April 8 at 6:00 p.m. at
City Hall.

Council meetings are held at Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway, unless otherwise posted. Council meetings begin at 6:30 p.m. on the 1st Monday of
the month and 6:00 p.m. or immediately following the EDA meeting (whichever is later) on the 3rd Mondays. All dates are subject to change.
