Background/Discussion State law requires cities to designate polling places by December 31 of each year. This designation is required whether there is an election scheduled. The school district has requested we not use their facilities due to safety concerns. We currently use Meadowvale School for precinct 213. We are proposing to change this location to the Public Works Maintenance Facility.
