Action Requested
Accept,by motion, the public improvements constructed with the plat of Eagles Marsh Third Addition.
Background/Discussion
The developer has completed the public improvements described in the development agreement for
Eagles Marsh Third Addition. Public improvements include streets, sidewalks, and utilities. The
improvements have been inspected by city staff, and it has been determined they meet the standards
described in city codes and policies.
Council acceptance of the public improvements begins the two year warranty period described in the
development agreement. City staff recommend formal acceptance as of November 1,2018. The warranty
period will expire on October 31, 2020.
