A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Designating Polling
Places for 2019
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes Section 204B.16 requires cities to designate polling
locations for the upcoming year; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Elk
River, Minnesota, hereby designates the following locations for elections conducted in the
city in 2019:
City Hall
13065 Orono Parkway
United Methodist Church
1304 Main Street
River of Life Church
21695 Elk Lake Road
Public Works Facility
19000 Proctor Road
Elk River Activity Center
413 Proctor Avenue
Lions Park Center
1104 Lions Park Drive
Church of St. Andrews
566 4 ° Street
Emmanuel Christian Center
18912 Twin Lakes Road
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the city clerk is hereby authorized to designate a
replacement polling location mid -year for any polling location designated in this Resolution
that may become unavailable for use per the requirements of Minnesota Election Law;
Passed and adopted this 18s' day of December 2018.
