An Ordinance Adopting the 2019 Mater Fee Schedule of the City of Elk River,
Minnesota, City Code
The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows:
Policy and Purpose: By enactment of this Ordinance, the City Council intends to establish fees and
charges required by the City Code for the year 2019 and to comply with Minnesota Statutes
§§462,353(4).
Fees and Charges: The fees for the city for the year 2019 are as set forth in the attached Master
Fee Schedule with Exhibits.
Application: Where a direct conflict exists between the amount of a fee set by any provision of the
City Code and a fee set by this Ordinance, the fee set by this Ordinance applies.
Effective Date: This Ordinance shall become effective January 1, 2019.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 17th day of December, 2018.

A RESOLUTION OF THE
CITY OF ELK RIVER
APPROVING NOTICE OF
SUMMARY PUBLICATION
OF ORDINANCE #18-
17 AN ORDINANCE
ADOPTING THE 2019
MASTER FEE SCHEDULE
WHEREAS, on December 17,
2018 the Elk River City Council ad-
opted Ordinance 18-17 approving
the 2019 Master Fee Schedule; and
WHEREAS, the enactment of
this ordinance establishes fees and
charges required by the City Code
and to comply with Minnesota Stat-
utes §462.353(4); and
WHEREAS, the 2019 Master
Fee Schedule lists fees for Admin-
istrative, Financial, Environmental,
Planning, Development, Building,
Parks and Recreation, Fire, Police,
and Elk River Municipal Utility ser-
vices along with code enforcement
violations; and
WHEREAS, a copy of the full
text of the ordinance is available
for inspection by any person at
the Office of the City Clerk, City of
Elk River, 13065 Orono Parkway,
during regular business hours; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE-
SOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Elk River, Minnesota, as fol-
lows: by at least four-fifths vote,
authorizes the publication of the
title and summary of Ordinance 18-
17 and that Ordinance 18-17 shall
become effective January 1, 2019.
The motion for adoption of the
foregoing resolution was duly sec-
onded by Councilmember Ovall,
and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Dietz Councilmembers Ol-
sen. Westgaard Ovall and Wagner
and the following against: None,
whereupon said resolution was de-
clared duly passed and adopted.
The following members were
present: Mayor Dietz, Coun-
