the Council Room of the Village Office Building m at 8:00 pa, mem.bersveree
present as follows: MayOr Bartelt, CouncilaenHudson, Syring, lIicheau and
KonOp, :D&J.e Palmer' and Glen Powell in attendance. '
Alfred ~wn entered a complaint on being assessed for the Lowell ,Avenue
streetconst.ruction. 'lbis improvement was of no benefit as his drlvew&7 access
was removed to hi's garage, depreciating his Propert7 and therefore he sbolilil
not be asseSsed.
Dale Palmer reported that Attomey Lungstrom representing'Earl Idndenfelser
\ilb.o is 'out of' town, has requested that we leave theas~essment upo~ the Linden-
telser ApartDBnts open, until Mr. Lindenfelser returns. Ihe 'valuati.n was
reviewed and it was concluded that it isa fair ~aluation.
