Appoint,by motion,Mayor John Dietz and Finance Director Lori Ziemer to the Fire Relief Association
Board with term expirations of December 31, 2019.
Background/Discussion
Per Minnesota Statute §424A.04, fire chief associations must have three city trustees on their board. One
member must be the fire chief. The city needs to appoint the other two trustees on an annual basis.
Historically, the mayor and the finance director have been the two city trustees.
