"Pursuant to MN Statute §13D.03, Subd. 1(b), Council calls a closed meeting for Monday,January 7,
2019, at 6:45 p.m., at Elk River City Hall to discuss negotiation strategies for LELS 231, LELS 271, and
IOUE Local 49."
Background/Discussion
Per state law before closing a meeting for labor negotiation strategies, Council must state, and approve by
majority vote, the time and place of the closed meeting and describe the subject to be discussed.
Council is asked to state and approve the above statement for the record.
