SUBJECT: Therapeutic Massage License for Carey
Carlson
Carey Carlson has made application for a Therapeutic Massage
License. The license will allow Carey Carlson to practice
therapeutic massage in the city of Elk River. Ms. Carlson plans on
operating from Avalon which is a new salon that has recently
opened on Main Street. Carey has submitted the required material
with her application.
ACTION REQUESTED:
Council motion approving a therapeutic massage license for Carey
Carlson.
