Consider a request by Phoenix Enterprises for a rezoning to PUD (Planned
Unit Development), a preliminary plat for 61 single family lots and a
conditional use permit for a planned unit development for Hillside Estates 9th
Addition.

This item is being continued. At their January 26, 1999 meeting the
