Designate, by motion, the Elk River Star News as the official EDA newspaper for 2019 and the West
Sherburne Tribune and Sherburne Citizen-Tribune newspapers as alternatives.
Background/Discussion
As per EDA Bylaws, the designation of an official newspaper is suggested at the Annual Meeting.
Historically, the Elk River Star News has been the official EDA newspaper. In case of publishing
irregularities, a backup is recommended. The backup newspapers are the West Sherburne Tribune and the
Sherburne Citizen-Tribune newspapers.
