Designate, by motion, the dates and time for 2019 regular Economic Development Authority meetings.
Background/Discussion
The EDA Bylaws suggest the designation of regular meeting dates during the Annual Meeting.
Current EDA Bylaws designate the third Monday of each month at 5:30 p.m. as the regular meeting date
and time. Any meeting falling on a holiday shall be held on the next business day at the same time and
location. Staff suggests no change.
Any deviation from the existing designation would require an amendment to the Bylaws.
