Action Requested
A.Continue, by motion, the Zone Change request to the February 26, 2019, Planning Commission
meeting.
B.Continue, by motion, the request for a Conditional Use Permit to establish a PUD to the February
26, 2019, Planning Commission meeting.
Background/Discussion
The applicant submitted updated plans on December 15, 2018, in
response to staff’s comment letter sent on December 7, 2018. Most
of the comments have not been addressed in the updated plan set
and staff has scheduled a work session with the Planning
Commission for later this evening (January 29, 2019) to discuss the
project.
The delay will push review of the Zone Change and CUP/PUD to
February, 26, 2019. The applicant submitted a written extension
request for March 19, 2019, meaning March 18, 2019, will be the
last day for Council Action.
Statutory Review Period
The applicant extended the review period, by written request, to
March 19, 2019.
