NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that members of the City Council, Economic Development
Authority (EDA), and Housing&Redevelopment Authority (HRA) will be visiting Plaisted
Companies, 11555 205`h Ave. NW, on February 13, 2019, at 9:00 a.m.; and Orluck Industries, 13422
Business Center Dr. NW, Elk River,Minnesota, on March 6, 2019, at 1:30 p.m. to conduct Business
Retention and Expansion (BR&E) visits. Quorums of the City Council, EDA, and HRA may attend the
BR&E visit;however, they will not convene any meeting, and no action will be taken by its members
during the visits.
