02-25-2019 COUNCIL TAX HEARINGNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the Elk River City Council may be attending a heating before the
Minnesota House Property and Local Tax Division on the Local Option Sales Tax (Active Elk
River), at the State Office Building, 100 Rev Dr Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, St. Paul, Minnesota on
Monday, February 25, 2019, at 1:00 p.m. A quorum of the City Council may attend the heating;
however, they will not convene any meeting, and no action will be taken by the City Council during
the heating.
