NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the City Council, Economic Development Authority, Joint
Finance Committee, Beautification Committee, Energy City Commission, Heritage Preservation
Commission, Housing and Redevelopment Authority, Arena Commission, Library Board, Parks and
Recreation, Planning Commission, and Utilities Commission may be attending the Annual
Board/Commission Appreciation Dinner, at Rockwoods Banquet Center, 9100 Quaday Avenue on
March 14, 2019, at 5:30 p.m. A quorum of the boards/commissions may attend the Annual
Board/Commission Appreciation Dinner; however, they will not convene any meeting, and no
action will be taken by the commissions during the dinner.
