Background/Discussion
Work sessions will be added to the end of regular meetings on the first and third Mondays as needed. At
the first Council meeting of each month, staff will present a list of future work session topics for Council
review.
Proposed work session topics are as follows:
Community engagement
Sustainable, long-term capital improvement funding
Cyber security (awaiting ERMU IT hire)
Gravel Mining Master Plan
Energy City demonstration opportunities
Public hearing notices (March 18)
Lake LORE update
Specturm outdoor ice rink
Sidewalk snow plowing
Special Event Permits for road races (road closures)
