Chair Dietz called the February 12, 2019 meeting to order at 5:18 p.m.

The purpose of the closed meeting was to develop or consider offers or counteroffers for the
purchase or sale of real or personal property, PID#75-128-4305 and 75-128-4206, per MN Statue
13D.03,Subdivision 3(c).

There being no further business,Chair Dietz adjourned the closed meeting of the Utilities
Commission at 5:22 p.m.
