Continue the public hearing to the April 15, 2019, City Council meeting.
Background/Discussion
The applicant has requested action on their simple plat application be
continued to the April 15, 2019, City Council meeting so they can
address wetland and county ditch concerns.
Statutory Review Period -
Per State Statute §15.99, the required 120-day review period ends on ` CR 33
April 20, 2019.

Subject:Update on The Amborn Property
Good Morning Chris:
Mark and I need to ask that our Simple Plat request be moved to the April Council Meeting. There are a couple reasons:
1. The county has placed a condition on it that needs clarification. It has to do with a few branches of Ditch 28 on our
property. In essence, we need to know the location of the branches before we know how to react to this condition. We've
asked Mike Lindendau at the county to locate them for us and we've been told it can not be done until the snow thaws. Is
it possible for you to contact him and ask for some form of documentation that reflects the approximate location of these
branches?
2. Mark and I will be on vacation March 16 ‐ 23 and therefore unable to attend the March meeting.
