Adopt,by motion, an ordinance assigning a new street address for the property identified as PID#75-
403-0060.
Background/Discussion
The property identified as 75-403-0060 has an address of 711 Proctor Road but no longer has access to
Proctor Road. The property will share the same address as 75-403-0070 (730 Quinn Ave). Both
properties are owned by the same entity and they agreed with the change.
The new address for the subject parcel is 730 Quinn Ave NW.

Ordinance 19 -
An Ordinance Assigning a New Street Address for the Property Identified as PID#
75-403-0060 of the City of Elk River, Minnesota
The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That the Property identified as PID# 75-403-0060, and currently assigned the street
address of 711 Proctor Road NW in the City of Elk River shall be re-assigned to the street address
of 730 Quinn Ave NW.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall take effect upon adoption and be published as provided by
law.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 1st day of April, 2019.
