Action Requested
Approve,by motion, the following liquor licenses to Henrickson LLC dba Pompeii Pizzeria valid May 1,
2019, through June 30, 2020:
■ On-Sale Wine License
■ 3.2. Percent On-Sale License
■ Permission to sell Strong Beer
Background/Discussion
Henrickson LLC will be the new owner of Pompeii Pizzeria on or about May 1, 2019. The applicant
would like to continue to sell wine, 3.2 percent on-sale, and strong beer. State statute allows a city to
authorize a holder of an on-sale wine and 3.2 percent on-sale to sell strong beer without an additional
license.
