Background/Discussion
The current policy for Rivers Edge Commons Park states that that only city-operated concerts/events or
private weddings are approved uses for the park. Recently we have received several requests for private
events that do not conform to the policy.
In that the current policy is twelve years old and the park has received upgrades, the policy should be
reviewed to determine if any updating is needed.
