The American Public Power Association (APPA) held their 2019 Engineering & Operations
Conference March 31—April 3 in Colorado Springs, CO. General Manager Adams, Electric
Superintendent Fuchs, and Technical Services Superintendent Tietz attended the conference. A
verbal update will be given at the commission meeting.
