Background/Discussion At the February 19, 2019, meeting, Council discussed the Surface Water Management Impact Fee. Council consensus was to eliminate the fees this year and implement a different fee structure to take effect January 1, 2020. Staff is working on the new fee structure and will bring it back to Council for future discussion. Amend the 2019 Master Fee Schedule in order to remove the Surface Water Management Impact Fee on Page 7. Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective April 16, 2019.
