An Ordinance Amending the 2019 Fee Schedule, of the City of Elk River,
Minnesota, City Code
The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1.
Amend the 2019 Master Fee Schedule in order to remove the Surface Water Management
Impact Fee on Page 7.
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective April 16, 2019.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 15th day of April, 2019.
