Background
Jan Cummins has made application for a Transient Merchant License to hold a one day tool
sale at the Elk River Boys & Girls Club on Saturday, July 16, 2005 from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00
p.m. Mr. Cummins has received written permission from the Boys & Girls Club. The police
department conducted the required criminal background check with no problems noted.
Action Requested
Council motion approving a Transient Merchant License for Jan Cummins to hold a tool
sale at the Elk River Boys & Girls Club on Saturday, July 16,2005 from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00
p.m.
