Background
Mr. Jacobson has made application for a Transient Merchant License to sell boats from a
tent in the Coborn's parking lot. The dates of sale include June 24 through June 26, 2005.
Mr. Jacobson has received written permission from Coborn's and has successfully passed the
background check. Mr. Jacobson also has applied for a General Planning Permit from the
Planning Department as required.
Action Requested
Council motion approving a Transient Merchant rJicense for Mr. Jacobson to sell boats from
a tent in the Coborn's parking lot June 24 through June 26, 2005.
