An Ordinance Amending Section, 30-1584, MU-ERP mixed use Elk River Plaza
district of the City of Elk River, Minnesota, City Code
The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That § Section 30-1584 (d) (1), MU-ERP mixed use Elk River Plaza district of the
City of Elk River Code of Ordinances shall be amended as follows:
(d) Subzone C. Commercial.
(1) Permitted uses are as follows:
a. Business and professional offices.
b. Class I restaurants.
c. Nurseries, produce markets, and garden centers, which may include outdoor display.
d. Outpatient health care facilities.
e. Personal service establishments.
e.f. Physical Recreation or Training
f.g. Public parks.
g.h. Retail shops and stores.
h.i. Sale of firearms.
i.j. Zero lot line development.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall take effect upon adoption and be published as provided by
law.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 3rd day of June, 2019.
