Background
The applicant is requesting the renewal of a license to sell fIreworks at retail within their
establishment. They paid all fees, have successfully passed the inspection check by the fIre
chief, and have successfully passed the background check.
Action Requested
Council motion approving an application for renewal of a Display, Sales and Storage of
Fireworks license to Elk River Target. The license is valid for one year from the date of
approval.
