Background/Discussion
Work sessions will be added to the end of regular meetings on the first and third Mondays as needed. At
the first Council meeting of each month, staff will present a list of future work session topics for Council
review.
Proposed work session topics are as follows:
■ Sustainable,long-term capital improvement funding
■ Cyber security (awaiting ERMU IT hire)
■ Gravel Mining Master Plan
■ Energy City demonstration opportunities
■ Special Event Permits for road races (road closures)
■ Street Improvement
■ Fund Balances
■ Joint Meeting with Utilities Commission to discuss Governance Policy
