a closed meeting of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority on Monday, March 2, 2020
at 5:45 p.m. for the following:
"The HRA will be holding a closed meeting per MN Statute 13D.05., Subd. 3(c)(3)
(the "Act") to develop or consider offer or counteroffers for the purchase or sale of
real or personal property". The property being discussed is:
■ PID#75-401-0115, also known as 419 3rd Street NW, Elk River
■ PID#75-401-0150, also known as 406 Main Street NW, Elk River
In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this notice at least
