Recommend, by motion, adoption of revised Athletic Field Use Fees Policy.
Background/Discussion
The Commission reviewed the current Field Use Fees Policy to determine needed updates during work
sessions and regular meetings over the past several months.
We have made the recommended changes and updates. Once the Commission adopts the policy, it will
be presented to City Council for final approval. It is anticipated that the updated policy will be effective
January 1, 2020.
Financial Impact
2019 field use revenues would equate to $11,700 based on the proposed field use rates.
