Action Requested
Approve, by motion, a Temporary On-Sale Liquor License to the City of Elk River for Elk RiverFest,
scheduled July 6, 2019, with the condition alcohol must be confined to an area enclosed by a fence with a
secured, controlled access. Wrist band control is required for patrons 21 and over.
Background/Discussion
The Parks and Recreation Department submitted application for a Temporary On-Sale Liquor License
for Elk RiverFest scheduled for July 6, 2019.
The beer garden will be open from 5-9:00 p.m. at the intersection of Main Street and King Avenue and
will be restricted to ages 21 and over.
