I . Call Meeting to Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the special meeting of the Elk River City
Council was called to order at 10:55 p.m. by Mayor Dietz.
2. Closed Meeting — MN Statute Section 1313.0S, subd. 3(b)
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss Wastewater Treatment Facility
Equipment Performance Litigation.
3. Adjournment
There being no further discussion, Mayor Dietz adjourned the meeting of the Elk
River City Council at 11:28 p.m.
