A special meeting of the Elk River Village Council was called to order by IvIayor
Bartelt on Sept~ 7, 1971 at 7:00 pm. in the Council Room of the Vill~ge Office
Building. Members present were Mayor Bartelt and Councilmen Hudson, Syring, Konop
and Otto, with Police Chief Robert Olson in attendance.
, A personal interview €6r the position of village police officer was held with
Joseph Zerwas.
